We are seeking:

Move in: September 1st, 2022
Welcoming applicants who are:
- easygoing mid-20s-30s professional or student
- of all types/identities, female/male/other, LGBTQ+ welcome, all disability status (though please note there are 10 steps up to the front door of the house)
- fully-vaccinated please (housemates are both fully vaccinated & boosted with recent negative antigen tests)
- [preferably] able to commit to a full year and get on the lease, but open to shorter-term
- reasonably tidy, comfortable with clear communication
- [not essential, but a plus if you’re] into conversations with nerdy housemates, music, science, hiking/camping/outdoors
- tolerant of a house with lots of posters & plants, periodic practicing of string instruments, and occasional coffee cups left in the sink
We are open to couples, but please note that it is a relatively small house with a single bathroom

1-story (970 ft² interior, 3,000 ft² lot) house with a lot of character

Off-street parking for 1 car in front of the house
Back outside porch area with seating, fire pit, space for plants, and a vegetable garden you’re welcome to share once it’s been cleared
Very large (full footprint of house) basement with space for storage, multiple rooms, option to convert one to an office
Typical internet speed at least 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up

We occasionally catsit for a delightful fat cat and are contemplating getting a kitten, so please take note if this is an issue for you
